 The Practical Test |

| You can book your practical test online at
www.dsa.gov.uk or by
telephoning 0300 200 1122, you will need:- |
|
- Your debit or credit card
- Your theory test pass certificate number (where applicable)
- Your driver number
- The type of test you wish to book Your personal details (name, address, day
and evening contact numbers)
- Your instructor's ADI registration number
- Your preferred date
- Unacceptable dates
- Details of any disability or special circumstances
Do not accept a
test at short notice unless you have consulted with your
Instructor.
If you are hearing impaired, please ring 0300 200 1144
If you wish to cancel your practical test appointment, you will need to give at
least 3 clear working days notice (not counting the day DSA received your
request and the day of the test). If you don't give enough notice, you will
lose your fee. |

- Glasses, if required
